Each month at CoderDojoDSM, students ages 9 to 18 work on coding, building a website, creating an app or game, building or programming a robot, or simply exploring technology in a less-structured, creative, and social environment. There is no group instruction. Rather, local professional technologists serving as volunteer mentors help students as they work on projects of their choice.
Completely new to coding? No problem. We’ll have tutorials and ideas students can pick from to start their own project. CoderDojoDSM is free and students of all skill levels are welcome.
- A parent or guardian is required to complete the registration process. Youth age 9 to 13 require a parent or guardian to be present during the meetup.
- When registering, please select the appropriate ticket which tells us if the student will be bringing his/her own laptop computer or would like to reserve and use one of our computers.
- All skillsets are welcome! Those with advanced knowledge will be assisted in creating more advanced projects.
- Please review our CoderDojoDSM Program Policy before registering.
NOTE: If you need to cancel a reservation, please contact us so the reservation may be made available to someone else.
